Before I give you an insight into that, let me explain something called Body Mass Index (BMI). BMI is a measurement used for calculating a person's weight status. It is calculated by dividing a person's weight in kilograms by their height in meters squared (kg/m²). BMI is divided into four categories:

1. *Underweight* (BMI < 18.5): A person with a BMI below 18.5 is considered underweight.
