1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ArticlePaid. By accessing our website, creating an author account, or publishing content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Content Policy, and Copyright Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any of our services.
2. User Accounts & Eligibility
To publish content or participate in the monetization program, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to monetize content on ArticlePaid.
- You may not use a false identity or impersonate another person or brand.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent or misleading information.
3. Content Publishing Rules
ArticlePaid permits the publication of articles, opinions, stories, and books. You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit (as outlined in our Copyright Policy), but you are entirely responsible for the legality and accuracy of that content.
You agree NOT to publish content that:
- Violates the intellectual property rights of others (plagiarism).
- Is generated entirely by AI solely for the purpose of farming platform earnings.
- Contains defamatory statements, hate speech, or promotes illegal activities.
- Violates our published Content & Publishing Policy.
⚠️ Absolute Right of Deletion & Moderation
ArticlePaid relies on a secure, high-quality ecosystem to ensure readers and writers are treated fairly. To maintain this environment, we enforce our rules with zero tolerance.
ArticlePaid reserves the explicit, absolute, and unquestionable right to remove, unpublish, or permanently delete any article, opinion piece, short story, book manuscript, or user profile from the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or warning.
If your content is found to be in violation of these Terms—especially regarding plagiarism, AI-spam, or prohibited material—it will be deleted immediately.
4. Partner Program & Earnings Forfeiture
Users who opt into the ArticlePaid monetization program agree that earnings are calculated based on proprietary platform algorithms measuring read-time, engagement, and content quality. ArticlePaid makes no guarantees regarding the amount of money an author will earn.
Fraud & Forfeiture
If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms (including but not limited to plagiarism, click-fraud, bot-driven read times, or artificial engagement manipulation), the user immediately forfeits all pending and unwithdrawn financial earnings. ArticlePaid reserves the right to withhold payments while investigating suspected fraud.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The ArticlePaid platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or security of the platform.
In no event shall ArticlePaid, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Governing Law & Modifications
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArticlePaid's primary business operations are registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
