1. Recitation of Surah Al-Baqarah (To Drive Away Satan)

The most powerful spiritual protection for a home is the regular recitation of Surah Al-Baqarah.

Hadith: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"Do not turn your houses into graveyards (by not praying or reciting Quran in them). Indeed, Satan flees from the house in which Surah Al-Baqarah is recited."

2. The Last Two Verses of Surah Al-Baqarah

Reciting the final two verses (Amanar-Rasulu...) safeguards the household from evil forces.

Hadith: Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

5. The Supplication for Leaving the House

When you read this supplication upon leaving, angels take charge of protecting you and your home while you are away.

The Dua:

Bismillahi tawakkaltu 'alallah, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah

(In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah; there is no might or power except with Allah.)

Hadith: The Prophet ﷺ said that whoever says this when leaving their house, it is said to him (by an angel): "You have been guided, defended, and protected," and the devils distance themselves from him.
